DETROIT, MI - Cadillac has introduced the ATS-V, a twin-turbo, high-performance model that comes as both a sedan and coupe.
The all-new ATS-V made its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which has press preview days Nov. 18-20. It arrives at dealerships in the spring.
"Cadillac's V-Series is the best example of Cadillac's emerging product substance – and the purest expression of the passion at the core of the brand," Johan de Nysschen, Cadillac President, said in a statement.
Cadillac's V-Series has been the brand's mark for power and performance in General Motors' luxury line-up since 2004.
The ATS-V comes equipped with a 3.6L, twin-turbo, six-cylinder engine that produces 455 horsepower. With that under the hood, the ATS-V goes from 0-60 in 3.9 seconds and can hit a top speed of 185 mph.
It comes with either a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed, paddle-shift automatic transmission.
